These Terms and Conditions govern use of the NEST Animal Help website, account features, emergency flow, request forms, admin portal, and related public information services.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using NEST Animal Help, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service provides
NEST Animal Help provides animal welfare information, emergency routing, public listings, helplines, guides, events, request forms, reviews, and portal tools for approved contributors. The service is an information and coordination layer, not a veterinary hospital, ambulance operator, law enforcement agency, or emergency authority.
3. Emergency and welfare disclaimer
Information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Availability of responders, clinics, NGOs, volunteers, helplines, events, and organisations can change without notice. Users must use their own judgment, verify details before acting when possible, and contact qualified veterinarians, local authorities, police, municipal bodies, forest departments, or emergency services where appropriate.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to use the service only for lawful animal welfare, rescue, education, event, or community purposes. You must not harass responders, submit false reports, impersonate organisations, upload unlawful content, misuse contact numbers, scrape data abusively, interfere with the service, or endanger people or animals.
5. Accounts and portal roles
Normal users may sign in to use public account features. During signup, users must confirm that they have read the User Agreement. Admin, organiser, NGO, helper, volunteer, moderator, and content roles require review and approval. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or removed if information is inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, inactive, or violates these terms.
6. Submissions and public content
When you submit listings, events, live updates, guides, reviews, organisation details, images, videos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Approved content may be edited, rejected, removed, displayed publicly, or used to improve the service.
7. Events, services, and third parties
Events, clinics, NGOs, volunteers, organisers, and third-party services are managed by their respective parties unless clearly stated otherwise. NEST Animal Help is not responsible for third-party conduct, care quality, event safety, medical outcomes, or fulfilment of promises made by third parties.
8. Newsletter and community updates
Users may choose whether to receive newsletter emails. If a user opts in, NEST may send emails about events, volunteer or helper needs, rescue updates, service notices, and community animal welfare information. Users may request unsubscribe help by contacting us.
9. Intellectual property
The NEST Animal Help name, interface, content structure, code, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, or misuse the service or its content except as allowed by law or written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NEST Animal Help is provided as is and as available. The service does not guarantee rescue outcomes, medical care, response times, listing accuracy, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. NEST Animal Help is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or emergency-response related losses arising from use of the service.
11. Changes and termination
The service and these terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, legal risk, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
